Nathan Luckas
Founding Partner
Nathan has over 20 years of executive search experience within financial services, specifically covering investment banking and funds. Prior to founding Hawkley Partners, Nathan co-founded a successful search boutique and was head of the investment banking and private equity practices at two global search firms, where he built and managed global teams.
Nathan has worked within executive search since 2000 and has completed over 300 mandates for investment banks, independent advisors, funds and corporates across most sectors.

Nathan graduated in 1999 with a degree in Environmental Biology.
